MILAGE

Milage charged for travel >30 miles one way ($0.70 per mile as of 2025). Example: If round trip travel is 120 miles then the customer will be charged milage for a total of 60 miles.

CLEAN UP

The cost of live spinning does not include set up and break down time. There is no additional charge for this time however I may ask for a broom and dust pan.

PAYMENT

An invoice will be emailed to you. If you do not receive it please check your junk mail or verify your email with me.

As of January 1, 2024 a 50% down payment is required on the day the event is booked to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to spinning on the day of the event. The down payment is refundable if the event is cancelled no less than 2 week in advance.

Power is needed in close proximity to spinning, I will need a flat surface to set up, and spinning should not be done next to any heating elements (example: patio heaters).

Spinning cotton candy does produce some sugar to accumulate on the floor and potentially on the wall or other surfaces near by. Though I do my best to contain all the sugar I can not guarantee this wont happen.

The amount is fairly minimal and I will do my best to make sure its wiped down and cleaned after my services.

If possible I would love to see social media content or an invite of the event. This helps me prepare for the event as well. I am willing to dress up to match the theme of birthdays if there is interest. Please let me know if you would like me to dress up to match your party!

LOADING AND UNLOADING

If spinning is going to be done inside a large building please direct me to the closest door to where I will be setting up. I have a lot of items to unload and I work independently. I really appreciate this!

OUTDOOR SET UP

I can not spin in the rain or high winds. Please make sure there is a plan B for indoor spinning. I am happy to move inside. If the the event is outside and there is not a plan B then unfortunately I will have to cancel my services as this poses a risk to myself and the machines. If I have availability to re-book I will do my best to do so. If re-booking the event is not an option I will not charge the second half of the bill. The downpayment is not refundable in this case.
